We are an automotive garage, not a walk-in parts store. We don't keep general retail stock; we order parts for your specific vehicle through our suppliers.

OEM or aftermarket?

OEM

Made by the original equipment manufacturer or supplied through the manufacturer's parts system. A good fit if you prefer manufacturer-specified parts.

Aftermarket

Made by companies other than the vehicle manufacturer. Options vary in brand, quality, design, warranty and price.

The best option depends on the vehicle, the component, your requirements, availability and intended use. We discuss the options when sourcing your part.

How parts ordering works

  1. Send your vehicle informationMake, model, year, engine details and VIN. The VIN is the best way to identify the correct application.
  2. Tell us which part you needDescribe the part or the problem. Add a part number, photo or diagnostic report if you have one.
  3. We check fitment and availabilityWe review the information and contact suppliers. Measurements, photos or an inspection may be needed.
  4. Receive a quotationPart information, pricing and applicable conditions, for your approval.
  5. Approve and payApproved parts are paid in full before the order is placed.
  6. Shipping and importInternational orders take roughly two weeks (an estimate, not a guarantee). Customs and import charges are for the customer.
  7. Arrival and installationWe let you know when parts arrive. Installation is quoted or agreed separately.

Ordering conditions

  • Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices and availability can change before an order is confirmed.
  • Approved parts must be paid in full before ordering.
  • Customs, import and release charges are the customer's responsibility.
  • Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by supplier or shipping delays.
  • Parts warranty follows the supplier's or manufacturer's terms and is separate from workmanship warranty.
  • We supply new parts only. Used parts are not offered.
  • Compatibility cannot be guaranteed when vehicle information is incomplete or inaccurate.
